Having resided here for the past year, I can confidently say that this apartment complex not only offers great/comfortable living spaces but also provides exceptional customer service, thanks to the outstanding efforts of the apartment manager (Vanessa) and other staff. From the moment I first inquired about available units, Vanessa demonstrated remarkable professionalism and attentiveness. She promptly addressed all my concerns, ensuring a smooth and seamless leasing process. Her knowledge about the property and its amenities was thorough, and they took the time to provide detailed explanations, making me feel confident in my decision to choose this apartment complex. Once I moved in, the apartment manager continued to exceed my expectations. They have consistently displayed a genuine commitment to resident satisfaction, going above and beyond to ensure that any maintenance requests or concerns were promptly addressed. Their responsiveness and efficiency in handling these matters have been truly commendable, contributing to a stress-free living environment. I moved to the cape a year ago and this was my first apartment. The process was extremely easy and Vanessa made sure to inform us throughout the entire thing. Prior, I had gone to view other apartments but no one had made me feel as welcomed as Vanessa did. I was approved very fast and she communicated with me constantly with updates. She is on top of everything and very very sweet. This best decision this complex has ever made was hiring Vanessa.

I moved to the cape apartments 2 months ago the Vanessa the manager is very informative and she was helpful with the whole move In process which I really appreciated! .2 weeks ago I had a maintenance issue I contacted Vanessa she was on it, the maintenance guy Raul took care of it within an hr so that was nice. Overall I been enjoying my apartment.

I’ve loved living at the cape ! Very quiet community (i love that) . Absolutely love the manager Vanessa!! She’s the sweetest and most professional. Always smiling and was never rude .Anything i asked of her she took care of it right away ! Oh and Raul the maintenance man , he’s awesome . Always available , comes through and fixed what i needed right away .

When I went on a tour with Pedro he was incredible! aswell . He told me of the near by parks and stores and told me of the great schools in the area. Moved in a month ago and we are very satisfied to be here. Pedro the office manager was very helpful and made the transition very smoothly. The community here is very quiet and safe. We always see Pedro make his rounds of walking and checking around the apartment complex in the mornings. We made a great decision moving here!

I've been living here for about 5 months. Pedro is such an amazing manager and he's caring for his tenants. Never have I met a landlord who does what he can do to bring his tenants together to know each other and make new friends. Raul is also an amazing maintenance manager. He is very hard working and caring for the tenants as well. They are all amazing staff that truly care, listen, and do what they can to fix any issues their tenants have.

The new management team are doing a great job at cleaning up the property. When a problem comes up in my unit they attend to it in a timely manner. I'm particularly impressed with Raul our new maintenance manager, I have been here for 7 yrs and finally they hire the right man for the job. Keep up the good work Pedro (Property manager) and Raul (maintenance manager).
