She made everything smooth and stress-free, which really helped during a busy time. It’s obvious Ms. Wendy cares about the residents and maintains a high standard for the property.

The management is great. This is not the first time I live at the Cape apartment. The community is very quiet and respectful. And Wendy was and still a big help to the company and very professional, respectful, and nice.

Wendy was outstanding, fast, efficient, and genuinely helpful. From the start, she was open-minded and really listened to my needs. She presented me with multiple options, but also confidently guided me toward what she felt was the best fit, and she was spot on. Wendy is straightforward, supportive, and clearly passionate about helping her clients. I’ve also had a great experience with the maintenance team they’ve been quick to respond, efficient, and always provide great service. It’s clear that this entire team cares about their residents. I’m extremely happy with my experience and highly recommend Wendy and the community to anyone in the market. You’ll be in great hands.
